THE CHALLENGE
Bird Kids, based in Fowey and Wadebridge in Cornwall approached ICO3 in the summer of 2010 to review their online business, to develop a
new site and to look at a wide range of other online activities to promote the company. They already had a reasonable website
and had sold a couple of end of line products in Ebay. They approached the online market as an "extra income" to sustain the business during the winter months. With ICO3 they were encouraged to change this approach and
to grow their online business though a variety of channels.

THE SOLUTION
Bird Kids' aim has been to present an ever evolving selection of clothes, toys and gifts mostly for children. The look is contemporary, colourful and refreshing. They provide a lively mix of products . with the emphasis on
beautiful design, great quality and ultimately things that you will want to cherish and pass down to the next generation. Much of the stock is sourced from companies that employ good ethical standards and organic materials.
ICO3
suggested that the company should look first at providing more visibility of their stock range and also to work in conjunction with us to find best sellers and key products to sell.
THE RESULT
ICO3 immediately began listing for visibility on Ebay with some early successes. Their new web site was launched on the 14th November 2010
selling a range of children's clothes, children's games and other products. Based in Cornwall the site has kept the business bouyant throughout
the winter months highlighting the importance of maintaining a good E Commerce Web Designer in Cornwall.
