SIMON TRETHEWEY - HEAD OF SUPPORT
Simon Trethewey looks after support and communications – this includes creating a reliable hosting architecture as well as ensuring our KPIs and SLAs are achieved for support services. Simon is responsible for checking the reliability of our website hosting architecture, backup strategy, implementing our email and telephone communications policies and for ensuring any support calls are handled quickly and effectively.
Simon is assisted by Caroline Burnitt who is our senior accounts clerk, Steven Broad who acts in a dual role with Simon as part of the technical team and Vanessa Gadd who is our front line for communications.
